Refund & Returns Policy

At DJNIELO'S, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Downloadable or digital products

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at lootsdanielle02@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at lootsdanielle02@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lootsdanielle02@gmail.com.
